Based on my experiences in the Japanese traditional company, I satelized the old-fashioned culture in terms of the gender issue. When I got angry, I often used to roll up documents and throw them in the trash as a salarywoman. I sold the original crumpled shirts with my personal episode in there which is printed by iron printing.
